The dynamic Dr Kshama Bhatia is a serial entrepreneur and an industry veteran who, with her 35 years of experience, has contributed to the success of many companies. She is the co-founder of EdSanta and the current President of HRXL 360. She graduated with a Masters in Finance and Human Resource Management from the University of Leeds, UK and continued to pursue her doctorate in International Finance from the Haas School of Business, Berkeley, USA.
At the heart of Dr Bhatia’s unparalleled professional track record has been her commitment to education and changing lives for the better. She has taught at some of the best universities around the world and has straddled life in 3 continents with ease!
Dr Bhatia has made immense contributions as a consultant to global corporations in the fields of Leadership Training, Multinational Finance Management, Organizational Planning, and Business Process Reengineering with IT implementation. She has worked on several global projects in the field of Privatization of Public Sector Enterprise and is an international speaker and facilitator/coach of great repute.
Dr Bhatia is the President of the Bangalore Chapter of Corporate Connections Global, LLC – a premier global business networking organization. Apart from all her ventures in the area of Learning and Development, Dr Bhatia, in her capacity as President of the Rotary Midtown Bangalore, has played a very active role in providing assistance to various social service projects.

A stalwart business development professional with considerable experience in founding new businesses and running them successfully, Ammin Rajqotwala has a degree in Hotel Management from Mumbai, Business Management qualifications from Oxford, England, and an International Hospitality and Tourism Management degree from Scotland.
His choice of industry, for several years, has been hospitality. He is skilled in key areas of the sector such as negotiation, food & beverage, hospitality management, operations management, and strategic planning. His work experience spans several countries and a multitude of brands.
As a business head of Rare Hospitality and Services Pvt. Ltd., Ammin has overseen services provided to large corporate houses, super deluxe five-star hotels, and multi-specialty and super-specialty hospitals. This business helped him gain an excellent understanding of the requirements and expectations from personnel in various sectors. Being on the supply side, he could also see the lack of adequate training result in insufficient supply.

Prof. Dr Horst-Henning Wolf has held leading management positions and teaching positions in reputed universities. He graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a degree in Business Administration from the University of Karlsruhe. He then went on to pursue his doctorate on ‘Controlling Multinational Companies’ from the University of Karlsruhe.
Dr Wolf worked with BMW in various leading roles during 1973-2004. His stint at BMW included a successful tenure at BMW AG’s corporate strategy for China and Senior Vice President of Technical Purchasing at the BMW headquarters at Munich. For 10 years, he was responsible for the worldwide corporate non-production buying, with a purchasing volume of several billion euros annually, for the whole group. Dr Wolf transformed BMW’s purchase department from an administration hub to a central strategic information hub. He retired as the Senior Vice President of the BMW Group in 2004

A serial entrepreneur, marketing maverick, creative technocrat, and engineer with an MBA in Business Strategy from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland, UK, Rohan Krishna is the co-founder and CEO of EdSanta.
Rohan has been a passionate advocate for placing the power of learning into the hands of the learner. His career has been focused on building great brands in the education space, having progressed from Manager, Operations & Strategy at C J Lang & Sons, Scotland, UK, to AVP - Marketing & Strategy at VMEdu Inc. and Head of Marketing & Branding at the Institute of Product Leadership (Bangalore, India & USA). He has been responsible for crafting operations strategy, marketing, branding, product development and growth at these organizations. In his stint at VMEdu, Rohan worked closely with over 500 training providers across 150 countries, consulting and advising them on hyper-growth strategies. Rohan has also donned the hat of an innovator and product designer, holding a patent for a remote-controlled robotics product.
In his spare time, Rohan is an inveterate traveller and a foodie who enjoys experiencing new cultures and cuisines across the globe.

Shashwat Swaroop, although the youngest in the leadership team, is a veteran when it comes to all things technology! Shashwat holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the New Horizon College of Engineering, Bengaluru.
Passionate about software development, he is a pro at analyzing customers’ problems and solving them using modern technology. Highly ambitious and performance-driven, Shashwat is a serial entrepreneur with a demonstrated history of building startups in e-commerce, education and the IT Industry. He is skilled in the areas of product development, entrepreneurship, market research, management, and leadership.
His venture, Marmeto, enables companies to build and create efficient, scalable technology solutions for their businesses. A fantastic problem solver and a “doer” in any situation, Shashwat has created effective tech solutions for the most complex problems. He is inspired and driven by the power of technology to transform and improve the lives of people around the world. His life’s motto has been to constantly pursue knowledge.

He is an alumnus of Indian Institute of Technology, Madras with a long and fruitful career in the ed-tech industry, where his interest in training innovations made him an ideal fit. An expert with extensive experience in many facets of the ed-tech industry like product development, market analytics and campaign strategy, his career graph includes Team Lead - Online Marketing at Valued Epistemics Pvt Ltd (GREEdge), Partner at Overseas Career and Assistant Vice-President, Marketing at Edusys Pvt Ltd..
Bhanu is a team player whose extensive knowledge and effective managerial skills have impressed peers and superiors alike. He is a doer who has effectively and positively driven more than 40 ed-tech products to their successful launch. He is an all-rounder whose marketing and analytical skills have been invaluable to the success of most of these products.
